In order for the grain to reach the moisture level suitable for grinding, the grain is mixed with water with the help of a palletized rotor in the angled forced annealing machine. The rotor shaft is insulated with safe systems against water leaks. The angle-adjustable pallets mounted on the shaft in the rotor group help the grain to mix with water while carrying the grain upwards at a certain angle. While the grain is transported upwards by the pallets, the grain escapes downwards between the pallets due to the angle. In this way, effective mixing is achieved. The annealing trough and cover arrangement are made of stainless steel and guarantee long-lasting operation against corrosion.
